Patricia and Laurent Soleilhavoup are delighted to welcome you, and to help you to discover Saint Céré : with its ancient houses and squares from the middle ages. It has excellent restaurants, a swimming pool and tennis courts, and there is a festival of classical muic held each year in July and August. In the area are the historic towns of Rocamadour and Sarlat, and many villages classed amont “the most beautiful villages of France”.There are also the caves of Presque, Lacave, Cougnac and Pech-Merle- not forgetting the legendary Gouffre de Padirac. There are lush green valleys, through wich flow the river Dordogne and its tributaries, and where you can discover the pleasure of canoeing or kayaking, or just bathing or lounging by the water. And, of course, the gastronomy in the département of the Lot has an international reputation – including foie gras, confit (preserved duck), goat cheeses, nut gateaux and the wines of Cahors.
The hotel has 28 bedrooms, and can accomodate large families, and also seminars or conferences.
It is right in the town-centre, so you can benefit from the many restaurants in this attractive river-side town. Wich is certainly not lacking in charm.
